There will always be fear about why you shouldn’t do something, why you should wait etc.
if you examine where this fear is coming from it’s from a place of inability to stand in your power enough to get creative and get what you want.
Because the truth is,
People who know what they want and are ready to make moves—make moves despite what’s going on in the outside world because:
A) They find the right team of people to help them make the decision in the best way to benefit them.
What this looks like is getting creative with the loans, rate buy downs, finding off market properties, getting an amazing deal on the pricing of homes, basically where there’s a will& with the right team of lenders, title and agent you can make it happen in a way that is beneficial to you.
B) They don’t do what the majority of people do (buy into fear and indecision) so they make decisions purely out of what’s best for their individual needs.
Investing in real estate is one of the best ways to build wealth, period.
When you’re ready, you’re ready.
There will always be people who claim it’s a bad time to buy or sell but I’m pretty sure they aren’t the ones working everyday in the industry.
The best day to invest in yourself is always now.
The best time to buy is always when you’re financially & mentally ready to do so.
